Follow these steps if you would like to edit your Zencare account email address and/or phone number:

1. Log in to the Zencare client portal. 

2. Navigate to the "Account" section within the sidebar menu.

3. Scroll down to the "About You" section to update your phone number, then click the "Submit" button. Below that, in the "Account Email Address" section, enter your new email. You'll then need to re-enter your password, and click the "Submit" button. These steps will save your new email address and/or phone number in the Zencare portal and also update your information on record for any therapists you have recently contacted who may want to connect via email or phone.
