Follow these steps to cancel a previously scheduled phone consultation with a therapist:

1.) Click the "Cancel" button in the confirmation email to visit the call details page in the Zencare client portal. This will take you to the client portal and prompt you to log-in if you have not already.

2.) Once logged in to the portal, click the red "Cancel consultation" button in the appointment details window.

3.) Optionally type a short note to the therapist about why you are canceling the appointment. Then click "Cancel this appointment."

4.) Both you and the therapist will receive an email confirming the cancellation!
